“Great Customer Service!”

Not only were they one of the cheapest suppliers for the product I wanted (Oliver Peoples sunglasses) and offered next day delivery, but they also have some of the best on-line customer service I have experienced.

My glasses broke within a month (manufacturers fault), but speaking to the shop via their on-line live chat client, the customer service rep took my details and instantly found my order and arranged for a replacement pair which arrived within 4 working days.

They were polite and courteous throughout and a pleasure to buy from.

I recommend Pret a Voir highly, and will be using them again in future.
