“Item too late”

Ordered on a Friday afternoon (around 1pm) with 3 working days delivery. Expected Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest as leaving country to travel early Thursday morning. Also messaged them to confirm that the item would get to me on time, and they said likely Tuesday but Wednesday AM at the latest.

Got a call Wednesday afternoon (just now) saying that the item hadn't even been dispatched yet. Wasn't sent due to stock issues. Absolutely gutted as can't find anywhere online that does same day delivery, and can't find any local suppliers.

The only good thing was that the guy that rang me was friendly and polite!
