I would love to comment on my new bike but I haven't even seen it yet!!Have been waiting 2 weeks now and no joy. To be fair to Tredz I think it's the courier service to the Channel Islands that they use. Not very good at all. Regards the website and my experience with Tredz, all has been good and once I receive my bike i am pretty sure I won't have any complaints, especially for the price I got the bike for. I like to buy good products and if possible get a deal. Tredz certainly ticked the box there. Again, the only complaint is the courier service used for the Channel Islands.
