“Update on the Devil you know (April 2012)”

I previously did a review on CR Smith in April 2012 with regards to my Conservatory. Subsequently, I have had all my house windows replaced by CR Smith.

After I got my windows replaced, I found scratches on the glass on a number of units. These were all replaced without any issues.
However, some of the replaced glass also had scratches on them.
In total, 9 windows were replaced before I was satisfied with the full job.
This should never have happened, as it was poor Quality Control on CR Smiths behalf.
This also took weeks, even months to get resolved.

However, the finished job is excellent and I am over the moon with the Quality and Workmanship.
In all fairness, I wouldn't go past CR Smith, but they need to sort out the issues associated with their Production and Quality Control. This is also costing them money and preventing them getting 5 stars.

I am now looking at windows for my daughters flat.
I will contact CR Smith for a Quotation.
Could it be third time lucky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
