“Shocking holiday booked 9months ago & they changed the...”

Booked & paid for 9 mths ago! They called 9 hours before departure to say the hotel provider had double booked! I called the hotel direct & they confirmed my rooms were available. Ended up on a half board holiday instead of All inclusive, full family was ill after eating in the hotel the first night! All in all paid for all in & ended up basically self catering. OTB customer service shocking, this company had my money for 9 months & ruined a family holiday.... Stay away from them they quote hotel providers fault... But we paid OTB & had to spend 3 hrs on the phone at our cost 10p per minute! Simon Cooper MD, you should be ashamed
