“polite and understanding customers service but ineffective”

a repeat customer of oakfurnitureland, the initial purchases had teething problems but were sorted out. however recent purchases have been of poor manufacturing quality. now on to 4th dining room table. customer service while polite you get the impression they are going through a script with no allowable deviations for exceptional problems. if i did not have an extensive range of furniture the same style i would give up and ask for refund.
