Because of an error in there system my friends who im going on holiday with have had there flight and hotel extended a day (which shouldnt have happened) whilst me and my other friends have had the flight extended but not the hotel (again this shouldnt have happened)so we now leave a day after we have to leave the hotel so we are going to be stuck on the streets of malia. Even thought the first person we spoke to on the phone said its an error on their system and said he would sort it no problem, he didnt. So i called again about a week later and they have now said that it cant be sorted and we cant even pay to extend a day in the hotel because the hotel is now fully booked. Well done Onthebeach for completely ruining our holiday up. Poor customer service, thick staff.
