“great customer service and communication”

I had my new car in 4 days, but would have been less if it was not for the distance of the dealer. I was very impressed with the involvement of the customer services specialist & also the Admin coordinator. They never rushed or pushed me for anything and they always took my call when I phoned them up. Transferring money was a little bit of a pain, but again that was due to the dealer and the distance. I highly recommend these guys as paper working is simple and mainly pc based (email) and they seem to deal with it pretty much instantly. No hard sell. Only thing I did not like is the rate went up as I picked a car just a bit more than I was going to get and it jumped from 14% to 31%, and did not find this out till I got the contract before signing, but they make it clear on simple paperwork so I knew beforehand what I was signing up for, it was never hidden. All in all I thank them for their swift and sleek operation.big pat on the back guys.
