“Customer service from Blinds 2 Go”

The front-line staff at Blinds 2 Go are an absolute pleasure to deal with; they are all extremely polite & do their utmost to ensure that the customer has a good experience when ordering, in my case, blinds.
Order confirmation details by e-mail are swift, & product delivery is 7-10 days, which is great. The ability to track your order is also good, & you also get a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
Price wise, I have found them to be good.
With regard to product quality, their roller blinds are excellent, with a really good aluminium barrel. Wood Venetians, also excellent. On the vertical blind side, they have some lovely black-out fabrics, with the weight pockets either sewn or welded; my preference being for the welded.
Another great service is their sample supply service, First class post, really quick & efficient.
If in doubt, call them, they're great.
