“We Got There”

My partner and I requested their unlock services on Thursday, we were under the impression that we would received the information within a couple of hours which we did, however the code they supplied us with did not work.
We contacted them and received a reply in under an hour, which we were very impressed with. They stated that they would resubmit the order and we may need to wait another 24 hours. This was slightly inconvenient, however the new code came through in less than 12 and worked perfectly.
Four stars overall because of the delay, but a big five for product and customer services.
