“Great fro Asia”

I love the instant confirmation and voucher sent to your email straight away. If accommodation were unavailable as was in one of my cases, and payment has been made, they offer something similar if not better. A request for updated voucher was a little slow (about a week) but it eventually arrived. I wasn't too concerned as since i book well in advance.
Been using Agoda for many years and have never had an issue while travelling. I also book for my family and accumulate their points for myself :) The site is easy to use, and the pics and map are all avail on same page.
I've made at least 20 bookings over the years and have never encountered a mojor issue. Please keep it this way.
