“Uncessary telephone calls when online option was...”

Your deal is good but last year I was not explained that option on monthly payment attracted extra payment of interest. I lost out on other providers better offers.

This year I had lot of competitive offers and one of payment has made bit of difference to my budget.

This year despite being your paid up customer I was asked on telephone my personal details which was not necessary. There was no change in my personal details. I was not happy and had to put my phone on staff being inflexible and I was almost going to take away my business to other provider if I had no online option.

I am also not happy for not getting my renewal policy confirmation and docs online.
