“Very Professional”

My whole experience was excellent. The ordering website is well structured and straightforward. Although I am not a gamer I did want a well built desktop with good quality components, and also wanted to choose the OS (not Windowns 8). Having sorted out a spec which I thought was sufficient for my usage, I emailed the support team, describing my spec and type of work I do to get confirmation that it was fine, which it was.
Ordering was easy and having done so on a Friday afternoon I was surprised to be told it had been built Monday, tested and QC and despatched Tuesday with me receiving it on Wednesday (well packaged)!
It is ideal - well built, quiet and fast.

The whole period post ordering was characterised by helpful emails, both from PC Specialist and their delivery company.

Excellent experience all round
