Despite stating during the buying process that they could provide an unlock code for my Xperia J ST26i within 12 hours I was informed they couldn't. They then told me to use a piece of "free" software provided on their site which I cannot use because I have a Linux system and provided no instructions on how to use it(like I really want to end up with a brick). Despite having contacted them several times to explain why I can't use it and request a full refund all I get is the pat reply that if I'm unable to use the software to unlock my phone I'm entitled to a full refund, but no refund is forthcoming. DON'T USE IF YOU WANT TO UNLOCK AN XPERIA J... and don't expect a refund if you don't get your code either.
