“Maria Rousse in Malia, Crete”

The hotel was amazing. The owners took great pride in the standards of care and it shows. It is definitely somewhere I'd stay again. The rooms were frequently cleaned and freshened. The only downfall was its proximity to the club strip... Lets just say, i didn't go to get drunk... Malia is definitely not a family destination. If you want somewhere that does delicious authentic Greek cuisine, check out Symposium (turn left as you reach McD's)
As for beaches, the main beach in Malia gets ridiculously busy. Check out Sun beach. Its a 30 min walk from McDonald's but its well worth the walk!
