I have just had an atrocious experience with winstanleys and would really recommend people shop else where. I ordered a push chair (top of the range maclaren) and when it arrived the zip was broke on the footmuff. I contacted them straight away and they said they will order a new part in and send it out. Weeks have gone by with me repeatedly chasing them with failed promises of in stock "tomorrow" and I am still without the footmuff. Yesterday they gave me an allocated time slot (which we altered our plans to ensure we would be in) however it's claimed that we refused the parcel. I received a very abrupt email stating please could I ensure everybody in the house is aware a parcel is been delivered tomorrow. We have been giving the ever so convienent delivery slot of any time today...after already staying in yesterday! I really wished I had gone to a high street shop, where I could have just taken it straight back if I realised it was faulty at home!
Please don't make the same mistake as me!
