Purchased tix to Stanley Cup Finals. In my excitement, I bought the wrong game. Stupid, huh? I immediately called and the service rep was able to change my order to the correct game. Can't say this will happen everytime, but at least they tried and didn't say, "Sorry dude, sucks to be you." I will use Vivid Seats again. Thank you, Thank you. My wife would have killed me.
