“Lock sent without Batcket - Poor Follow up Service”

Ordered a Lock that should have come with a mounting bracket but when delivered, the bracket was missing. After several email exchanges two brackets were sent but neither was suitable for the lock supplied. After further emails the throid one was going to be sourced from the UK agent but was going to take some time to arrive from the manufacture. Gave up in the end and returned all items for a refund.
