“Flights very poor”

We stayed overnight in Manchester as we were told our flight was 6am. This had been changed twice, At 6am there was no movement at the gate having sat there since 5.15. It seems the cabin crew and pilot were at the wrong terminal! We eventually took off at 7.30am. The holiday was good in Lefkas. The small planet airline did spoil what could have been excellent. Upon return we were delayed because the airline were told they had 9 passengers instead of 150 approx. They then had to recalibrate which meant we were delayed by 1 hour without any explanation while we were on the ground. Service on board was very slow and they ran out of gin!
When we landed at Manchester it took over an hour for the bags to arrive at the collection point.
The holiday would have been perfect if the airline was better. Don't use Small Planet. Our experience was not a one off. Other travellers told of 4 hour delays and other problems.
