“Awful online service - non-delivery - shambolic”

Ordered two bikes for our kids' birthdays - Evans quoted 3-5 days delivery, but a week later, no bikes., I emailed Evans - no reply, so I called and was told someone would get back the next day. They didn't. I called again and was told there had been an error and the bikes would be with me by Friday. They never arrived. I called on Saturday and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't. My kids had no birthday presents as a result.

Evans are clearly not honest in their quoted delivery times, their customer service people have a don't-care attitude and their organisation is shambolic - I have bought from them in the past online and had problems - I should have learned my lesson! I'll never use them again
