Bought a Giant Defy 5 2012 during the weekend online, dispatched Tuesday with tracking information, arrived Wednesday.
Good price, good service, helpful on the phone and by email.

The bike was carefully packaged and built. It was clear it was built by someone who knew what they were doing and cared. Always nice to see grease on parts that need them!
