“tickets paid for in november never received ”

Paid for 4 tickets for bon Jovi 9/06/13 back in the concert got closer started to panic. A week before still no tickets so phoned them after being told they would be here by Friday yet still nothing. Was told they would replace them with an upgrade and able to collect the day before. Called them on the Saturday to be told they are unable to get the tickets. Now left with no tickets and waiting for a full refund.....we will see what happens. Compensation would be good too. Will never use them again been left very disappointed and angry!!!!
