“Stock Level Wrong”

The web site is good and informative and placing an order is easy to do. I recieved confirmation of my order with a reference. I then assumed my order would arrive within a couple of days by post. I was suprised that there was no follow up email with delivery information. After 3 days I rang and spoke to a lady who was indeed very helpful and apologised as she found the item was not in stock. At no point prior to this had I been shown or informed the item was not in stock and the web site showed it had been in stock. I like most customers am aware that things can go wrong but it is important to keep us informed. It would be best if the web site stock level could be counted upon or an email to state the item is not in stock.

I was pleased that I later recieved and email to say the items would be delivered via one of your other oulets. The items were delivered and so the personal service was very good. Ref OGB10288964
