Ordered 3 items - one was damaged and the other was not of a standard I or others amongst family and friends felt was good enoughtlooked like a hammer had been taken to one corner of the unit - : they refused to accept the latter could be returned without a £50 charge as they disputed that the finish was not up to scratch - took 5 weeks, threat of legala ction and raising a dispute over the payment with credit card firm AND a visit from a Homeserve furniture chap to confirm there was a fault before they would accept the return of the goos without charge.
