It took me some time to get to unlock my phone, because my old SIM card from AT&T did not fit my new phone. But once I got the new SIM card activated, it took me 2 minutes (including phone startup time) to unlock my phone, and it worked like a charm afterwards on that new network. The only grey cloud in the sky: I find that charging US$33 for an automated operation is a little steep.
