“Unable to access my account”

I was unable to log into my account due to not using it for some time and forgetting the login details .
After contacting 123 and providing proof of ownership, an advisor dealt with the problem within a few minutes .
I was then able to login and renew my domain which was out of date.
A fast efficient service.
