“poor after care”

We have an absolutely beautiful kitchen the only thing wrong was a totally wrecked sink unit probably damaged in delivery. As we needed it changed asap for fitting the next day, WREN were unable to replace it for 7 days! So it was arranged that we purchase a similar unit from a local supplier then change the door when it came in a week. All went well WREN agreed to reimburse us for the new cupboard and the hassle...numerous phone calls months later and we are still waiting. We felt they were very quick to have us sign up for the kitchen but don't want to be bothered when things go wrong! Also very hard to speak to the right staff as in a "meeting" or "not in the store at the moment".
