“Problems with wrong item sent”

I ordered a 5 Taylor made fairway wood for my girlfriend. Unfortunatly I was sent the wrong item It was an older version
I had to source from somewhere else and it cost me a bit more. I returned the wrong item which cost me £10 +
Sports HQ did return my money direct into my credit card account but overall the fairway wood cost me an extra £25
I will not be using the site again
