“Almost perfect”

Instructions were clear, and they answered my questions to make sure I sent in the appropriate paperwork.
Delivery was faster than expected, I only requested the 10-15 day processing,and setting the whole thing up took very little time on my part. I sent an email asking them to confirm that all the paperwork I sent in was acceptable (I assumed they would check it all before submitting it to he Brazilian consulate) it took them two days to respond and all they said was that it was before my expected delivery date. But my visa arrived two days later, so it's hard to care much about one unanswered question.
