“Fantastic customer service”

I spoke to a customer service representative through live chat ,as I wasn't sure the deal I had found on the website was still available . I was out through to vikas who assured I was given the best deal which was 897 , 35 cheaper than I would have paid by booking directly through British airways . Vikas was well mannered and very professional , i felt like i was given a choice. Unlike other travel agents who literally Push products down your throat . All in all the service was quick and efficient , I will definitely be booking again .
