“Could be better”

I was happy with the bike once it arrived but felt that I had to chase up the progress of where the payment and the bike was. I used the bank transfer option when paying as the delivery adress was different to the payment address. From doing this I had to ring up to tell them that I had paid, ring again to find out when the bike would be shipped and ring a final time when they sent the bike to the payment address and not the delivery address. When I did contact Ashcycles, however, they did sorted the issues out straight away.
I found that more communication could of been maintained so that I didnt have to follow up all the time as I started to get a bit concerned after waiting two days of waiting for my bank transfer to be confirmed.
