We purchased our Lay-Z Spa June 2012 after a month the liner split on the welded part. We contacted after sales and it was replaced free of charge in 3 days. This year after using it the same problem occurred but once again in 3 days a free replacement has been received we think it could be a manufacture problem so hopefully 3rd time lucky. We love our time in our spa and would recommend one to anyone it's a bit costly to run but its relaxing once again the after sales team are very quick to deal with any problems we have had.
