“to heck with Teleflora”

Horrendous experience with Teleflora. Total INCOMPETENCE!!!!! I wish I had read their reviews before this nightmare of an experience for Mother's Day....yep, Mother's Day!! I placed TWO vase arrangements six days in advance. They gave me a 3-letter, 7-digit number for each item, then a "SPECIAL ID#". The next day they called to request I select another item since what I ordered in one city was no longer available. I did that happily. My credit card was charged for over $100 almost immediately. Mother's Day comes. I call the two very special elders and wish them the usual happy stuff, we talked and I began to realize...oh boy, they did not get my flowers. So I ask, they sheepishly acknowledged that NO flowers had arrived. I have spoken to four reps (all just south of an idiot), had two live chats on their site then a total zero of a conversation with a so-called supervisor / "superior"... Gotta laugh at that....I talked to the "Superipr Idiot"! No one, absolutely no one can find any record of my two orders. But, I can sure show BOTH charges for $54.98 each! They now ask for my 'order number'. What were the three other numbers you gave me for...fori crying out loud!!! All they ever offered was "we're sorry but we can't do anything without your order number. MY ADVICE TO ALL - RUN! RUN FAR AWAY FROM TELEFLORA! Never ever order from!!!!!
