“Good customer service”

Unlocking the phone went well. I watched a video online, which gave me confidence it would work. I successfully unlocked the phone, and switched phone companies from at&t to t-mobile. Everything seemed to work fine, until I realized that the phone was not receiving or sending MMS messages (photo and group texts). I called t-mobile, and they assured me that everything was fine on their end, and unlocking the phone must have messed up the software. I was disheartened and thought I was going to have to buy a new phone. I replied to a follow-up email from CellphoneUnlock letting them know that it was not successful in the end. They gave a prompt reply assuring me that unlocking the phone does not mess up software, and they suggested that the APN settings may not have been changed appropriately during the company switch. Sure enough, after searching the web for help to change the APN settings for my phone, it works! I appreciate that they took the extra step after sale to help me with something that was beyond unlocking the phone.
