“Switched to a different poorer hotel and terrible service”

Booked a hotel in center of Marrakech, and they then switched to a different hotel after taking the cash and did not reply to any emails, numerous excruciating phone calls and still no resolution and no sign of any semblance of customer service. Steer clear with a barge pole.
