“failed delivery, no communication”

placed an order on Wednesday and paid for Saturday delivery as I work full time. waited in all day but order didn't arrive. attempted to contact by phone (several times, left on hold for over 40mins) and email, (several emails and instant chat) no reply. its now Tuesday of the following week and still no contact from the company. yesterday I sent another email telling them to cancel and refund, still no reply from the company but they did try to deliver today without any prior advice. as I had told them on several occasions (by email as they don't answer the phone) I work full time and so was not home. total joke, I will never deal with this company again.

I have rated the customer service as one star but if zero stars was available I would have rated it 0
