WRITE A REVIEW

“Wrong item delivered”

I have bought a USB memory stick Kingston DataTraveler R3.0 (64GB) USB 3.0 Flash Drive. It was suppose to be 64GB but they sent me 32GB instead. My opinion is that this was not a mistake. When the item arrived I have checked their website and the product name is Kingston DataTraveler R3.0 (64GB) USB 3.0 Flash Drive written in huge bold letters but at the end of the description of the item is written using tiny fonts that memory is only 32GB, which of course I have not seen before because it says 64GB in it's name already. Also on the packaging it says in huge letters Kingston 32GB but on the back of it there is a supplier sticker saying 64GB. I have raised a complaint and was offered just a refund not a exchange for the 64GB one, which I think would be far better satisfactory. I have kept the item because price paid was just one pound something higher than cheapest 32GB I found on the net thus couldn't be bothered posting it back and getting another one for a quid. Overall a bit disappointed by misleading me and offering just refund and not exchange after I found out.
