“Not how to treat customers”

Where do I begin.
Ordered roller skates for for daughters birthday. Told they would be delivered on the Monday, received e-mail on Saturday and there had been a mistake and were not in stock but would be in stock and dispatched on the wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no word. Contacted them on the Friday to be told they and been dispatched and should be with me by the following Monday ( the day before my daughters birthday ). Contacted again on the Monday to be finally told after several phone calls that they were actually still there but they would send them that day.
Cancelled my order and bought from someone else who delivered the next day.
What a wonderful way to treat customers!
