“Paid for two gift memberships, neither have been received!”

I have paid for two gift memberships to be sent with a card, neither have been received. I have sent two emails to the Jacquie Lawson Help center and the only reply I have received is telling me to look on the 'help' page! This is very disappointing because I have been a member for many years and I love their cards. If this problem isn't rectified, I will not renew!
