“Good Communication Company”

AlthI had to return the goods (my grandson did not like the colour)for exchange, the service was good and in prticular your telephone staff were excellent.
The only blip was that when returning the parcel to the collection point, I did not realise I had to have a bar-code. I do not know how I should have got this.
