“millets are a joke”

what a joke this company is, took 2 x £165 for a tent when only one was ordered then when a rang to see why I had not received it they said they would not send it and gave no reason other than there security dept, so then why take the money?, I now have to wait for my money to be refunded, I would advise anyone to be careful when ordering from this company, there sales team are also not very helpful (but are polite) we have now received the same tent which I ordered from Halfords at a better price and customer service was great - I think Millets should take a lesson from Halfords... This is a very cut down version of events and I can be contacted for more details should anybody wish to contact me - I have nothing to hide unlike Millet.
