Ordered a dress, arrived with chunks of material missing, cut on a side, bits of material coming out of it as if done in a rush. Paid for the quick delivery, UPS arrives at my door saying : you need to pay an extra 20 GBP on top of the 100- because it comes from CHINA and you need to pay customs!! Sent pictures of the faulty dress, and they are providing me with support such as : "you look good in it" , "You but pay just small proportion of expense to compare with that in UK. So I think it is certainly accpetable ".
So they acknowledge the fact it's faulty and then another support person says, a few hours later: I can't see what's wrong with it!!!! THIS IS CRAZY!
