What has happened. I had always had good service and beautiful flowers. But in April ordered flowers for my mother's birthday early in May but about week before got email to say couldn't fulfil order and money would be refunded. Phoned them to find out what was happening. Told changing suppliers and would not have available stock. Received refund in couple of days. Had to try and find someone else at short notice. Tried Flying Flowers. Ordered bouquet but told couldn't deliver one I chose as there might be a delay in travelling time. They are in Leicester. My mother is on Isle of Wight. I could choose another bouquet. Told them don't bother. I used Serenata in the end and my other choice is Flowers by post. Always very good.
