“disappointing customer service”

I placed my very FIRST order on April 30 that had an expected delivery date of May 7. I honestly had very high hopes for this company, there clothes seem to be cute and affordable and I am an avid online shopper so it seemed like a win win. However, my package did not arrive. I then sent an email informing boohoo of this, and they said they would look into it. I know I'm not the only customer in the world so I gave them ample time to "look into my order" as they said, and a whole week later, all I got was a response of "we have now begun an investigation with the courier to determine the exact location of the parcel". Mind you thats after the fact of me having to email them again on the status of my package. Now here it is another week later, and they've taken my money but I have yet to receive my package or even an update on what is going on with my package. Again. Like I said I'm fully aware I'm not the only customer in the world, but I am still a Customer. It may not have been a lot of money, but it is still MY money. BUYER BEWARE this site is hit or miss with shipping in regards to the U.S. anyway. Shop at your own risk, but who knows IF you'll get your package and if you don't, who knows how long it will be before you get your money back. I can't even rate the store because obviously I have to receive my package.
