Towards the end of my free trial I attempted to call on several occasions to cancel but my call was never answered. I managed to get through only AFTER the trial had ended and I had been charged the membership rate. Very unhelpful opening hours, no option to cancel online - there should be no excuse for that option. Will never be using them again.
