“Always friendly staff and great customer service”

I have needed to call Chaucer Direct on a few occasions and Chaucer staff always answer the phone quickly and are always extremely friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed, staff are attentive and I feel like a valued individual customer. I have just spoken to a lady and she was really great. I have taken the time to give this feedback because I think it is very important in a time when less than exemplary customer service is prevalent to note when it is exemplary and it was exactly this great customer service which led me to take out insurance with Chaucer in the first place. Thank you Chaucer
