“Good online buying experience”

Ordered new spectacle frames from Pret a Voir. I was contacted next day to say the frames I'd ordered were not in stock but had been back ordered and were expected into stock in the next day or so. Frames were duly shipped out the following day from the United Kingdom and delivered to me one week later in Australia.

Had a couple of email queries post order which were answered promptly and accurately. Tracking information was provided with shipping confirmation. Frames were received in perfect condition and at a much more competitive price than local optician stores were offering.

Great customer service experience. Highly recommended.
