“Disgraceful service!”

Absolutely appalling from M&S! I ordered a summertime gift bag well in advance for a Wednesday - waited all day and guess what? - NO FLOWERS! They didn't show up the following day either - a tracking number was provided for a courier which was anyone's guess as the name of it was not provided! This gets better... When I informed M&S that I'd not received the flowers they had the cheek to tell me to double check I'd not already got them! They then said that if not, to contact them again and they'd investigate - so I told them I definitely did not have them only to met with a reply of the same nature! After a 3rd email - I'm finally refunded! Disgusting service - if only I'd looked here for reviews first!
