Malaga airport , Avis staff appear helpful but are under handed the way they present the hire form for you to sign , they fold the form over and ask you to sign the bottom ,be very carefull ! open the form out and you will find acceptance boxes already filled in for exccess and extra insurance , please read carefully as these charges are high if you do not need these ask for a new form to be printed excluding these extras .Do not be be fobbed by them saying you will not be charged ! you will !once signed you have no come back , the costomer service is absolutely useless and continually fob you off promising to look into the matter but never returning phone calls or emails . i will never use AVIS car hire again !i would rather walk !BE WARNED !
