banking on the name of cox & KINGS, we made a booking for our trip to nepal with THEM. throughout the booking there was very poor coordination between us and cox & KINGS.ONCE they recd the initial amount of RS.60,000.00 (PAX 6 x RS.10,000.00)AND then the problem STARTED. there was nobody to update us about the FLIGHTS/HOTELS/GUIDE ETC,. anything and everything we had to call them day in day OUT. finally somehow we got our FLIGHT/HOTEL DETAILS, but alas on reaching kathmandu airport there was no one to receive US. we spent about 3 hours trying to find their representative in KATHMANDU, since cox & kings did not give details of local CONTACT. we were informed that our hote in kathmandu will hotel EVEREST, but when we called them they had no reservation in our NAME. we had to call mumbai from kathmandu to finally nab their rep in KATHMANDU. our hotel was grand HOTEL.SOME how we finished our trip to NEPAL. cox & KINGS, mumbai very UNPROFESSIONAL/DISORGANISED/TRIED to hike the package PRICE. will never travel with cox & KINGS. kumar KRISHNAN, shanta KUMAR, T.V.KRISHNAMOORTHY, seetha KRISHNAMOORTHY, P.V.SUBRAMIYAN, geetha SUBRAMANYAN. (NEW DELHI, INDIA) (ALL of us are senior CITIZENS)
